Remove Pages You Do Not Need
Sometimes you receive a PDF with extra pages that are not relevant, like cover sheets, blank pages, appendices, or sections that should not be shared with a particular audience. Instead of sending the whole file, you can remove those pages and keep your document clean, focused and professional.
Flexible Page Selection
The tool accepts individual page numbers and ranges. You can type something like "1, 4, 7-10" to remove those specific pages. Everything else stays in the original order. This is handy when you need to pull out a few pages from a long report, remove blank pages from a scan, or strip cover letters from applications.
Common Scenarios
You scanned a stack of documents and some pages came out blank. A client sent a 50-page PDF but only 30 pages are relevant to your project. Your report has a title page that needs to be replaced. A signed contract has outdated addendum pages that should not be forwarded. In all of these cases, deleting specific pages is the fastest solution.
What Happens to the Rest
All remaining pages keep their original content, formatting, fonts and quality. Bookmarks, links, and other PDF features in the kept pages stay intact. The pages are renumbered automatically and the result is a smaller, cleaner document with just the pages you actually want.
