Built for Plain Text

A TXT file does not include rich formatting like headings, tables, images or bold text. PDFem keeps the text simple on purpose. Existing line breaks are preserved and long lines are wrapped so the page stays readable. This works well for meeting notes, command output, support logs, documentation drafts and text copied from older systems.

Layout Choices

Choose a page size such as A4, Letter or A3, then select portrait or landscape. Margins give the text room to breathe, especially when the PDF will be printed. Courier is useful for logs and code-like text because characters line up more predictably. Helvetica gives ordinary notes a cleaner document look. Font size and line spacing help you balance readability with page count.

Single Files or Batches

You can upload one TXT file or process a batch within the upload limit. Separate PDFs are returned in a ZIP when there is more than one result. That is helpful when exporting multiple logs, saving several notes or preparing a group of plain text files for review.

When PDF Is the Better Output

Keep the TXT file when you still plan to edit the content. Use PDF when the text should be easier to print, archive or send as a finished copy. The PDF will not add rich formatting that was not in the source file, but it gives the plain text a stable page layout.
